The District’s Administration Department is responsible for managing, and administering District’s operations, and addressing and facilitating various departmental needs across the District to ascertain that all the departments have the needed tools and resources to perform to the best of their ability. The administrative tasks include but are not limited to human resource management, financial management including budget and payroll, coordinate, and establish an open line of communication with the District’s Board of Directors, taxing entities, public, and different departments within the District to ensure that the goals and objectives are met. Most importantly, establish and ascertain fairness, equity and transparency in appraisal process, and District’s operations so as to ensure that the property owners, taxing jurisdictions and public are well informed of the appraisal process, and take appropriate measures, and establish course of actions to help District achieve it’s mission and vision.
