Data Department

Data Service Department goal is to keep all data on our "PACS" system updated with the latest information, be it owner, address, values, exemptions and/or value issues for any of the five years on our files. This data entry in turn allows us to produce reports and export data for the use of the office, the taxpayer, the taxing units and the governmental entities. All properties in one aspect or another are always being updated.

Since the Appraisal District's operations adhere to strict timelines that are mandated by state laws, it is one of the crucial responsibilities of the Data Department to maintain, and upkeep calendar of events,  to ensure compliance, and timely completions of various operations.
